If legal action becomes necessary, the case must take place in the state of
Texas, USA. Texas law will control and guide all legal matters related to this
agreement.
9. No Class Actions
You agree that you cannot join any class action, group lawsuit, or mass
claim against Five Star Samples.
Any claim must be individual only, between you and us.
10. No Jury Trials
You agree that any legal case will be handled by a judge only, not a jury.
11. Limited Damages
The maximum amount of money you can claim from Five Star Samples is
limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not responsible for:
Lost files
Project damage
DAW issues
Bugs or Viruses
Plugin problems
Creative results
Missed opportunities, sales, or placements
Any indirect or special damages
12. Products Are Provided “As-Isˮ
All Content is provided “as-is,ˮ and we do not guarantee any specific
